What's new in causedb
September 2026
We rebuilt the page where nonprofit owners manage their organization, made Collections easier to navigate, and fixed a batch of bugs across organization profiles, benchmarks, and account management.
What we added
- My Organizations replaces Subscriptions: The page where you manage your organizations has a new name and a real address for each org, so you can bookmark or share your organization's page directly. It's also where you'll now find the AI email writer and a button to request removal of your organization. Take a look →
- Clearer, simpler claiming process: Claiming your organization now follows one consistent path with honest copy about what happens next. Rejected claims show the reviewer's note with a one-click re-apply option, pending claims check themselves for updates, and you'll get an email when a decision is made. Take a look →
- Easier navigation in Collections: Collections now has its own tab in the main navigation, folders remember whether you left them open or closed, and long lists of folders or collections fold down with a "Show all" option so you're not scrolling endlessly. Take a look →
What we fixed
- Organization page panels now load for signed-in users: Peer comparison, ad intelligence, marketing stack, and recent emails and ads were silently failing to show up on organization pages for signed-in visitors. They now display correctly. Take a look →
- Mobile navigation and loading bugs on My Organizations: On phones, tapping back could trap you on your first organization with no way to see the others. We also fixed a bug where a failed page load incorrectly showed the "no organizations yet" screen to owners who already had several. Take a look →
- Benchmarks tab layout fixes: Fixed overlapping labels on the marketing activity chart and a revenue trend chart that was rendering much narrower than it should on the Benchmarks tab. Take a look →
- Ads page count and pagination fixes: The total count on the ads page was displaying incorrectly, and visiting a page number beyond the available results used to show an empty page instead of the last page of results. Take a look →
